Deadline Extended for 2024 American Advertising Awards

Sarasota, FL (January 11, 2024) – The local chapter of the American Advertising Federation,

known as AAF Suncoast, is calling all local marketing and advertising professionals and

students to submit their most creative work for the 2024 Local American Advertising Awards.

The current deadline has been extended to January 19th , 2024.

Also known as the β€œADDY Awards,” the competition is the industry’s largest and most

representative contest, attracting nearly 35,000 professional and student entries each year

offered through local AAF chapters. Submissions are encouraged from both up-and-coming

advertisers as well as experts across all advertising disciplines, regardless of career level.

Conducted by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the local chapter phase is the first of

a three-tier, national competition. Concurrently across the country, local entrants vie to win

ADDY Awards - recognition as the very best in their markets. At the second tier, local ADDY

winners compete against winners from other local clubs in one of 15 district competitions.

District ADDY winners are then forwarded to the third tier, the national stage of the American

Advertising Awards.

The competition officially opened on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 and closes on January 19,
